Core i7 920 overclock

Hey , im a total noob when it comes to overclocking and would like some help with my first try at it :
i just want my 920 to go to 3.2Ghz for now so tht means bclock to 160 right?
would i need to change my voltages for this ?

i also have 6gigs of 1600mhz gskill ram but its running at 1066 now and i need to set it .... i read somewhere tht i need to increase the bclock for this....

is there nething else i need to change in the bios for me to run at 3.2Ghz and RAM at 1600mhz?

at bclk 166 i didn't need any voltage increase, may be different from you.
