yes im shopping for memory and i was wondering what would be the best memory to buy for a quad core 1333fsb i'll be doing little to mild overclocking if any at all.

Good quality low latency 800Mhz ram will work fine.
There is really no need to spend $200 on ram.

4Gb (2x2Gb stick set) of DDR2 800 with 4-4-4-x timings.
