I have OCd the Q6600 TO 3GHz and under-clocked the RAM to run 1:1.

Somebody said that since the Corsair CM2x1024-6400 C4 400MHz memory is underclocked at 333MHz I could probably lower the timings but I can't find any settings for it.

Are there RAM timing settings on the Gigabyte P35-DS4 rev1.1?

Try hitting the "CTL" and "F1" keys at the same time in the main BIOS menu before entering the overclocking menu

When done, check the result with CPU-Z in Windows.
Run memtest86+ and check for errors.
