i have 2 x Intel X25-M G2 RAID 0 EVGA x58 3X SLI Classified Motherboard

and i want to RAID 0 the harddrives, shall i put them in the Intel SATA Ports or the Jmicron SATA ports , which controller will be faster in RAID 0 ?

Intel ofcourse, JMicron's RAID drivers suck.

Intel also allows you to enable Write Caching, which improves performance at the cost of filesystem corruption in case of crashes or power outages. If you have solid backups or the data is replaceable, this is a nice feature to enable to enhance performance.

If you do benchmarks, be sure to do filesystem-based benchmarks. In the case of HDTune that means you need HDTune Pro and run the "File benchmark".
