Ok, i got most of my parts today which include

Antec 900
Gigabyte P-45-DS3L
Core 2 Duo E8400
500 gb WD Caviar
Visiontek Radeon 4850
4 gb OCZ 1066 Mhz RAM

Before i open my PSU will a 500 watt OCZ Stealth Xtreme PSU handle all this.

Been reading and it says that the 4850 can take over 237 watts on full load

Do i need a bigger PSU, if so what would you recomend

THAT 500w can easily handle it :) (I thought I was going to have to tell someone to not buy something cheaper than bread and expect it to run $1000 of stuff :p)
