Which board that does not have a lot of problems and is the best bang for the buck? Can someone tell me which company to go with and suggest a board with a link please(Newegg)

Check specs for individual features you're looking for, these may not have what you personally want. If i was going to go much higher than these in terms of cost, i'd be looking for a X38/X48 motherboard.

Personally id pay the extra and get the ASUS P5Q-e (more features and ocing)

Now company wise you will get a big response changes because everyone likes their own... Me i like ASUS and had no issues with Gigabyte. MSI i dont like cause ive had boards die in the past.

I agree with chookman. Even if you're on a budget you should not settle on anything less than Gigabyte's UD3 (Ultra Durable 3) series of P45. You should check up each board at Newegg and look out for problems and prises.

As for the manufacturers of motherboards, probably the most prominent would be MSI, Gigabyte, and Asus.
