I am going to order these part tomorrow but I have a few quick questions first.

1) If I plug my internet cord into the motherboard will I get internet? Or will I have to buy I separate card to access the internet? I ask this because my current (old) computer has one of these cards and it makes sense that internet would be onboard by now.

2) Does my specific motherboard come with the correct cables to install the OEM harddrive?

3) Is there anything else that I have to buy like extra cords, screws, or wire ties?

4) Are there any compatibility issues with the parts I picked?

Thanks in advance for the help.

1) Your old network card is now built into the motherboard for you. Plug and go surf.
2) Yes it does. You can usually view the items in the motherboard accessory pack in the pictures over @ NewEgg http://c1.neweggimages.com/NeweggImage/productimage/13-131-219-16.jpg
3) Just some heat-proof gloves
4) Compatibility looks good for everything.

The Asus P5E Deluxe X48 is actually $5 less expensive than the P5E X38 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Productcompare.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2010200280%2050001315%20107172333&bop=And&Order=PRICE&CompareItemList=N82E16813131317%2CN82E16813131219

Thanks for the response! That other motherboard looks great.

My powersupply comes with a pair of gloves. Are those the heat-proof gloves you are talking about?

Great but Asus P5E Deluxe is a better choice
Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD6400AAKS 640GB 7200 RPM is much better choice
Also Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme gooler is much much better
along with Scythe S-Flex SFF21F fan
You need also OCZ Freeze Extreme thermal compound
Good luck
:hello:
