Hi guys I was wondering if ye could help me out.
I am building a new system in a week or two but I cannot decide weather or not to go with XFX or EVGA.
Personally I prefere EVGA but for what im a paying I want quality over company.
I will either use EVGA 790i Ultra Motherboard with the EVGA 9800GX2 SSC Edition
or
XFX 790i Ultra Motherboard with the XFX 9800GX2 Black Edition
Any help would be appriciated. (<---Spelt wrong I Think:D)

Also I will be getting Vista Ultimate. I was gonna get the 32bit but after reading some of the other posts here people have 64 bit. What is the difference? I always thought 64 was bad for gaming.

32 bit and 64 bit for your purposes wont make much of a difference. Gaming wise, there will really be no change. As for the company choice, I'm not extremely sure, I'd like to say EVGA, but someone may need to back me up on that one.

+1 for why :p but i go with the evga so at least you can get the step up and get an even more overpriced card later on.

or in any case get whatever cheaper in the end

We'll go with Evga
790i - $320
GX2 SSC - $465
Average DDR3 1600 ranges in price from $219-389 so we'll go with the least expensive $219
Total=$1004

Rampage Formula - $290
2x HD4870 - $620
Mushkin DDR2 800 - $65
Total=$975 and would soundly out perform the first system, that is why I ask why.

Quad SLI works very poorly. Are you stubborn to do any research, because everything you've said so far is pretty naive.

XFX. Why? Double life time warranty. Why else? Best Customer Service. I know XFX got my back. I also get lower prices when I consider how much good bundled games cost.

id say wait for the 4870x2(single card) because its rumored to be 155 faster than two in crossfire alone so that destroys any nvidia competition
