I would like to ask you about which Graphic card I should choose. Atm my choose is between the Geforce 8800 GT, or the 260 GTX... The price doesnt matter that much the thing is as long as they can fit in my computer, which im not 100% sure of, and how good the graphic card works, with my other parts of the computer. I would like your opinion about what to choose.

Ty, Chris B.

Since the graphic card now is 4.376 inches x 10.5 inches, how can I know that its not too big?

And where to I see how much the graphic cards requires of power?

And last, can any tell me the different of the above graphic card, and this one, since this is more expensive?

Hope there wasnt too many questions, I just want to make sure, that the Card fits when I buy it.

400w is not a lot. I'm running an old 6800 and i'm using 500w in case i every need the extra. Too get something like the 8800 gt even, you will need maybe 600w. For 2 gtx 260's get 750 or 800 just so you will have a bit of extra for a power spike u might have or something.

Is there a reason your not looking at the ATI HD4850 or ATI HD4870? The 4850 hands down beats the 8800 GT and the 4870 beats the 260 most of the time. Just look under component articles right here on Tom's.

But what would you suggest me otherwise... I want to be able to drive Warhammer online at full high settings, without lag. So I think a upgrade is necessary. plz help, should I by a whole new computer or? or is a few upgrade enough?
The above links is too confusing for me, im not that into the computer.

Again, ty

Yeah, a good brandname PSU should be enough for the 8800GT. If you can, provide the name and model.

The 8800GT has been measured to consume about 17w more than the 7950GT.
