Can someone please recommend a video card (preferably something available on overclockers.co.uk) that i can use to connect my gamecube to my pc using s-video?

And will there be any delay from pressing a button on the joystick and the action actually happening on the screen? And is S-Video the clearest display you can get for console gaming on an lcd monitor?
