NAS Media Player / Hard Drive

Hi

I want to set up an external hard drive onto a wireless network, but also attach it via scart cable to my TV. I am on a very tight budget so looking for a very basic package, preferably 500gb hard drive. The only things i currently have is a tv, Laptop, and wireless modem / router. Does anybody have any suggestions on how i can cheaply do this?
