Is this power supply enough for my system?

If faulty, a 1200w psu will do the same. That's just not the point. :sarcastic:

So it will not damage my hardware. It will just crash to desktop and saying ....... stopped responding error?

Yes, or possibly reboot completely. But unless the psu is defective, it shouldn't damage hardware.

31amps on a single 12v rail is low for 2 g92 8800gts, although it may be enough. But that's cutting it close.

I found this on the EVGA site:

Requirements
Minimum of a 400 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 26 Amp Amps.)
Minimum 450 Watt for SLI mode system.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 30 Amp Amps.)
An available 6 pin PCI-E power connector (hard drive power dongle to PCI-E 6 pin adapter included with card)
It should be enough because I have only 1 HDD and 1 DVD drive. Not a power hungry system. What do you guys think???

It might, but be prepared to get a new psu if it turns out to not be enough. A more typical 600w psu will easily handle it. But yours is a pretty bad one with low 12v rail ampage.
