http://www.koolance.com/water-cool [...] uct_id=805 I want to do my water cooling externally sence I don't really take my PC any where special. So I was thinking of this one from koolance. It's going to be a bit before I can afford it but I'm going this root becuase most of the leaks are from the pump.

Not bad at all...only issue is you will have to buy the blocks, tubing and coolant...it will be around 350.00 or more if you plan on cooling CPU,NB/SB and GPU/GPU's....

Here is another option, this one comes with an Apogee GTZ CPU water-block (TOP-NOTCH) :

I buy from xoxide too but they only sell the kits, not all the other stuff you need (tubing, blocks, etc)

I only use xioxide for the sleeving kits, cathods and fans....Everything else is purchased from Frozencpu and Newegg

If I was any good at crafting I would use this system from koolance as well. http://www.koolance.com/water-cool [...] uct_id=837 But I want an external water cooler becuase this way here I can cool a lot of things with it. Like the voltage regulators and the NB. And I can connect it to the wall socket instead of the computer's PSU.

Here ya go, you can read and learn about really quality watercooling here. Notice there is not a mention once of the Exos or anything like it unless it's NOT recommended, ever.

It's a cut n paste. I have many such things, depending on the needs of the user.

This place gets the pretty much noob stuff, no charts or indepth things.

You gotta start somewhere.

^^ Yeah, i have stuff saved for when people ask:

What is the difference between the 920/950?

How do i overclock i7?

How do i overclock core 2?

Are these temps to high?

LOL

one question though I would like an external Water cooler do you have reviews on them?

Sure don't. There are good parts to buy to make a watercooling setup. How you put it inside or outside case is up to you. read the links I just posted.

Reviews usually stink. Full scientific testing (in the stickies and experianced users are what I rely on. many review places have a symbiotic relationship with the manufacturers, they just want to sell stuff.

I just want a external water cooler sence being outside of a case would be cooler than being inside of the case. And also how about Quick dissconects on the outside before the tubes reach the inside of the case? I hear bad things about Quick dissconects. How about Barb fittings compared to compress fittings?

^??? Not sure what the benefit of that is when 1/2 the components will still be inside your case...tubing and blocks?

I love this "I want a cheap, crappy POS that gets great reviews and does everything it shouldn't".

Good luck in that endeavor.

Reply to rubix_1011

The Colder brand, big fat ones are the only ones I would consider. I won't use them myslef till they are tested properly.

Compressions cost more. Barbs aren't as pretty. They both seal very nice.

ok. Right now I'm stuck at what I want to do.

If you have the cash to spend on the coolance system you have many options to choose from, just do your research and you will be fine.....

Please don't buy Koolance pre built systems.

But Koolance has a decent CPU block, fittings and a decent GPU block now, but their cooling systems are still underpowered and overpriced.

Yea, simple things like that are okay methinks. Some like the drain valves Koolance makes.
