Okay, so I'm going to be overclocking this system:
EVGA 680i Motherboard
Q6600 @ 2.4ghz
The RAM and heatsink I have right now are:

It's currently at 2.4ghz and I want to raise it to 3.0ghz (first time OCer). Is the RAM and heatsink above able to perform at that level? I don't want it to be hot, obviously, and will that ram be reliable? If I should get something better, please post suggestions! I bought all of these parts in November of 2007, so they are roughly 1.5 years old.
