Hard Drive and optical drive cables will come with the motherboard

You should have everything you need right there

Just a little word of advice. The 4850 is better than the 9800GTX and can be found cheaper here. Evga 780i is $240, for less money you can get a Gigabyte X48 here . This would be a better choice of RAM and would be about $27 cheaper. With those 3 changes you would have a much better system and spend ~$120 less which would give you enough money to get a big storage drive to go with that Raptor.

Can't beat the price/performance of two HD4850s in Crossfire, drop the two 9800gtxs. Keep in mind you will need an X48 board to do Crossfire though, that SLI board will not work.

Dont those cards run hotter than the 9800 gtx?

True, but it's with reasonable limits, and if you have a ventilated case you should have no trouble.

Your buying a very large well ventilated case, what's a couple degrees. Besides faster usually equals hotter.

It will depend on the size/resolution of your monitor and the specific games you play. 4850CF about $130 cheaper at current prices than the 9800GX2. Cheaper AND more powerful - how about that?
Just keep in mind that not all games scale as well in CoD4.

For example in CoD4 @ 1680x1050 4XAA: 9800GX2=125FPS vs 4850CF=147FPS 1920x1200 9800GX2=108FPS vs 4850CF=130FPS.

You would be much better off with 2 4850's or 4870's in crossfire.

The best one would be the one I have the Rampage Formula but it's a little pricier and The Gigabyte is good. Obivously since I bought one I would go with the Asus.

Drop the Velociraptor. Its all hype. Get a single 500 gig HD. Once your OS and games are loaded HD speed means about jack ____ in how fast your games run.

ATI is a better solution at this time for video cards. A pair of 4870's on a nice Gigabyte X48 board as suggested is the way to go.

A copy of Vista Home Premium 64 (OEM) is worth mentioning if you dont have an OS available.

The rest look solid and should be an easy assemble.
