Error message creating a RAID 0: "stripe disk 0 contains current OS." I hit OK & then it says, "Keep OS data?" I'm afraid to go any further. Will it erase any data on either drive? One has OS the other data.

If you create a RAID0 drive, all data on the RAID disk members will be inaccessible; so its like doing a format. You didn't knew this?

No. That's why I asked. Thanks, sub mesa! I'm glad I didn't continue! So I guess you have to set up the RAID on empty HHDs & then add programs & data or is there any other RAID that you can add onto HHDs safely with data already on them?
