I'm going to to get a new system. It will have a Q9450, NZXT Tempest, 4Gb of Ocz 1066Mhz ram,500Gb Barracuda HDD. What is the best video card i can get for the price to performance ratio. And the powersupply size for the system.

Best price/performance ratio card right now is the HD 4850 and you wouldn't need more than a 750W power supply to run everything you've got there.

a better question is WHAT RESOLUTION DO YOU PLAY AT....

we can't suggest an adequate card if we don't know the resoltion...

i'm going to assume your playing at 1680 x 1050 cause most people with decent rigs have res's @ or above 1680 by 1050... so i'm going to say 4870 and a good 650 w one... yes 650 not 750

4870 and 600W PSU will let you crossfire later.

"–500 Watt or greater power supply with two 75W 6-pin PCI Express® power connectors recommended (600 Watt and four 6-pin connectors for ATI CrossFireX™ technology in dual mode)”
from: Sapphire 4870 webpage Look under System Requirements

Power required for a complete QX9650 & 4870 CF system was under 400watts (448watts from the wall socket, estimated 85% efficient PSU)

exactly or even the PC power and cooling 610 watt will do perfectly.

that's a pretty good combo, go for it. PSU wise u can go w/ a good quality corsair of PC power and cooling 600 watter and it would be more than enough...
