ok here's my problem. I am nearly computer stupid, first. lol. I need a little help here. I had a nasty worm infection in my computer and finally got spyware doctor to remove it, it crashed my entire system so re-installed windows xp. now it's running really slow, has no internet connection and shows the yellow exclamation mark next to Microsoft System Management BIOS and under the USB it shows one next to VIA USB Enhances Serial Bus. Without internet I don't know how to reset the drivers. Plz help.
