Transcend Jetram 2Gig ddr2 800 whats the default timing

i would like to try to manually set its timings whats the default or the right timing for this memory?

coz Assassins creed freezes on my system and I saw a forum the he solved hes crashes in AC by changing the correct timing of his RAM. I think my board is currently set to Auto. my Board is Asus P5KPL-CM.

there are no info on the timings there.. its cas latency is 5. any other help?
