What kind of power supply should i get for my Computer and Why?

These are my computer Specs:

Intel CPU : Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 2.83GHz, 1333FSB (Quad Core) 12000K

Intel CPU Fans : Cooler Master HyperTX Intel EXTRA QUIET Vertical HeatPipe Copper fan

Intel Motherboards : ASUS P5QC P45, 1600FSB, DDR3 & DDR2, PCI Express, Sound, 1Gb LAN, iEEE

DDR2 memory : 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400 DDR2 800 Dual Channel

Hard Drives : 320.0GB Western Digital 7200RPM SATA2 UDMA 300 16m cache

DVD Recorders : Samsung 20x DVD Recorder Dual Layer +R/RW -R/RW (black)

Sound Cards : AC 97 3D Full Duplex sound card (onboard)

Network Cards : Ethernet network adapter (onboard)

What Should I look for in a Power Supply and Which one of this is better and I want one that will help my computer to be Quiet and stable, does power supply affects loudness of the computer?

These are my Only Options since thats the only ones the online store that will build my computer has at my budget.

i would recommend the antec earthwatt 500. very good psu its very efficient and stable. i have one and all i can say its great. its running my entire system without an issue. check my rig.

Those first 3 are complete junk.

The Antec and Thermaltake is the only ones id trust.

invisik: You must be pushing that this hard, 2xGTX260's with an overclock quad on a 500w my god.
