Disabled 3d accelerator

Hello,
how do you activate the direct draw accelerator for dell n5010 windows 7 core i5 w/ 4gb RAM laptop? i bought this laptop few days ago and the 3d is not working.

it shows that my directdraw is not available same with direct3d if i go to dxdiag i have installed direct x11 already.

is it a amd 5470m gpu?

try reinstall driver:
