I have any x4 955 BE in my HTPC (will also use it for school work/gaming). The stock fan runs at 5000+rpm under load and that is way to noisey. I need something that will fit in my case (Antec Fusion), so it has to be a under 100mmish tall and i need it to be pretty quiet. Any suggestions? Also i would prefer it be under $45.

The only thing i have seen so far that looks decent is the GeminII S. Is that a good one? or can i do better in my price range?

Thanks a bunch.
