i have a problem with my transcend storejet external hard drive i can't see the name of my drive in "my computer" but when i check in the device manager it was working properly ..

can someone help .. here my ym "aphryl_10@yahoo.com" we can chat ..

Look in disk management to see if it's allocated and healthy.
start-->right click on my computer-->manage-->disk management

it doesnt appear in disk management .. it doeesnt have its own drive location .. what should i do? help me

Double check the bottom window in disk management.
