Installation pamflet for seagate external hard drive

I recently bought a Seagate external hard drive 320 GB in the USA but lost the installation pamflet. Pleasedvise me how to install it on my windows XP PC Numbers on hard drive: PN:9ZA2AG-502
SN:2GE72NL5

The software to operate that drive was built-in the drive. It may have been erased?

Otherwise, just plug it in and use it without the Seagate utilities.
