7-7-7-20 is horrible timing for 2 gb sticks. Try to find some in the neighborhood of 4-4-4-12.

unless its ddr02 800 vs. ddr3 1333 than the timings are withing range od ddr3

Wow, 7-7-7-20 is really bad. Get either 4-4-4-12 or 5-5-5-15 and lower them.
