im now trying out how to overclock. i have raised my fsb by 10. lol

276Mhzx10.5 = 2897Mhz

QUESTION:

when do you start to raise your vcore? in how many increments should you increase it.

what does unstable mean?

i understand that it could mean:

1. too hot cpu
2. not booting pc

is there any more meaning to it?

if my cpu is not too hot and it is still booting then it means it is stable?

i did not increase vcore yet. when do i increase it?

32'C idle

well, if you are able to boot, but you stress the cpu and bluescreen or reset... its a sign your cores need more voltage. ^^

Don't increase vcore if it is stable.

according to realtemps:

57'C = full load

orhtos as the stress tester.

Prime95 and Orthos are pretty much the same, but I still prefer Prime.

what is the safe temp for e7400, 45nm.

can i have this on 60-70'C?

Usually I prefer to stay under 60C with any CPU
