Administrator rights have been taken away!

Hello,
I have a computer that is running Windows XP that was recently worked on. The guy that worked on it installed Log Me In so that he could have remote access to my computer. We had a bit of a disagreement over the price of the repairs so he has now gone into my computer and changed the policies so that I can't do anything. I can log on as a administrator but I don't have any administrator rights.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
