Okay, so heres the deal, got a decent deal from futureshop for a nice computer with a good monitor, here are the specs

Intel Pentium Dual Core E2200 2.2GHz
3GB PC2-6400 DDR2 SDRAM
500GB 7200RPM Hard Drive (I believe it is SATA II but I may be mistaken)
Windows Vista Service Pack 1 32-bit

Heres the futureshop link just in case -http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?sku_id=0665000FS10109015&catid=24137&logon=&langid=EN

I'm aiming to install this video card:

BFG Geforce 8800 GT 512MB -http://www.bfgtech.com/bfgr88512gtoce.aspx

My current power supply is lacking, here is the specs from that from memory

Bestec 250W power supply

I guess my only real question is should I be aware of anything in particular to discriminate in terms of power supplies so I don't get one that is imcompatible with my current system (and future system with these upgrades if it all goes well)
