I am not sure what all is available to you in Holland but you should look into an Intel based P35 or P45 motherboard. Gigabyte and ASUS make some of the best Mb's around. For a low to mid cost solution, look into either a GA-p35-DS3L or a slightly higher costing ASUS P5Q-E.
For the RAM, look into 4Gb of DDR2 800 with 4-4-4-x timings.
Skip the DDR3 or higher speeds of DDR2 as there is no performance increase.
At 3.0Ghz on a G0 Q6600 the stock cooler should be just enough.
For a quick and simple upgrade, look into an Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro or Xigmatek 1283 with a retention bracket.

I would recommend against the Asrock Mb.
The dual DDR2 and DDR3 support is worthless.
There is no increase in performance going from DDR2 to DDR3.
All it does is add another point of failure.
After reviewing your sites motherboard selection, I would recommend the Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3.
Seems to be the best choice in the under 100€ range from a quality manufacturer.
The extra 15€ or so from the P35 variant will get you a much more current and featurefull motherboard.
FYI, no current Intel chipset supports SLI but they do support CrossFire.
If you wanted to SLI you would need a motherboard with a nVidia chipset.
I would recommend against such as nVidia's chipsets are not so nice.
