I want to know power related information i have using 25 system all amd 5000+ athlon processor 2.55Ghz adn 64+ dual core processor 1 gb 667 mhz ddr2 RAM zebronics smbs 400 Watts and MSI motherboard 250 GB SATA HDD and Samsung 740N monitor all system 8 hours continous working how many power waste per day or per hour any one help me pls

Use an online psu power calculator. Just google for it

You could just get a P3-killowatt meter, plug that into one system to get a read out on how much power its consuming then multiply that power consumption to how many systems your using.
