My uncle built my PC for me and I want to change my CPU. He accidentally put a AM2 on a AM2+ motherboard and I can't take it off.

Turn it on then wait for it to heat up. Then turn it off and immidiatly remove it.

Thermal paste gets REALLY hard when its cold.
