Newbie, I know.... but I am shopping for a TV Tuner so the gf can record TV and I can throw out the VCR... I"ve googled hign and low and got lost, I guess I dont know where to start...
Our apartment building has satellite TV that gets routed to each suite... I am clueless on TV stuff? It comes in Through Coax to each apartment in the building...
Is that a Digital or analog or something weird cause of satellite? I'm thinking analog, but I've no satellite expericnce on top of my lack of TV knowledge...
I am guessing I need a 'Tuner', but maybe a capture card would do the trick one friend suggested?
I'll be using the media center in Vista x64.
