I've been searching for a tv tuner card for my little intel atom powered media center... problem is A) I have one pci slot, since the mobo I'm using doesn't support tv output, it's being used for a secondary video card to support composite out (I have a CRT tv, not HD), so I must use a USB tuner card. Every one I have looked at exceeds my systems requirements, anyone know of any tuner usb devices that supports 1) XP MCE 2) Video recording/playback 3) cable tv (not just over the air)

I've looked for hours and nothing, any help is appreciated, thanks.
