Which ssd to go

the difference are that the first one is slc, 64 mb cache
second is mlc and has 120 mb cache but the issue is that which ddo i go for.
The second seems to have better performance but because its mlc the life span is much shorter than slc.. so which do i go for
it will be used for server purpose

For a server, I'd go SLC every time.

would it be recomendable if i go raid 0 with slc and a mlc hdd but with same brand?
im thinking 60 gb and 150gb mlc

You can't RAID 0 with two drives of different capacities. Whenever possible, you would want to use RAID 0 with identical drives. I would say stick with SLC - something like a server is under constant demand, and SLC drives are quite simply more durable.
