all of us will agree that low end /midrange cards with 128-bit memory bus cannot fully utilize the 512MB/1GB video memory. so what will you gain from turbocache/hypermemory up to 1GB? it's useless, isn't it? 256MB is enough.
is there any utility so i can disable the hypermemory to see what is the real benefit of this especially for gaming.
All of us won't agree on anything, but your premiss is flawed since it may still benefit but might have only a limited number of situations where it's impact will be appreciated.
Also why are you trying to disable it?
Are you under the impression it's stealing your memory?
Just like aperture size it's about addresability if needed, not about limiting memory to video. The priority is the CPU and system processes, it uses and releases memory only when needed.

what will happen if i start playing, for example BF2 with all setting on medium 1280x1024? 1GB system RAM. will the loading time will still be the same or longer since the card used /stealed memory from the system.
pls give the link for the utility so i can try it myself.

Like I explicitely stated, it doesn't steal the memory for TC or HM, it only use it if those resources are not being used by the system/CPU, so in this case it will say X i available, but probably won't use any, so having or not having it will likely not matter, but what woud've mattered would've been had you had 512MB of physical memory and not a smaller amount with TC/HM, then the amount that the system would've copied to your RAM would've been larger, and that's harder to release than TC/HM, but still not as bad assimply having less memory. The main thing though is on both fronts you're likely not going to gain anything from increasing the quality settings even if the GPU core could handle it because both your system and video card would be starved for memory for large textures, etc. BF2 was one of the first games to show a significant difference between 256 and 512MB or VRAM, IIRC the textures were visibly compressed. Someone here posted some screenies and a review, can't remember whom for sure but I'm thinking it may have been Pauldh.
Basically if you're playing games like BF2 you should already have 2GB, it's so cheap right now it makes no sense not to have that much.

you gain 1 frame from 1GB to 2 GB RAM.
check out other hardware performance guide. no essential (frame per second) benefits from 1GB to 2GB except for faster loading time.
I'm not surprised there's little benefit for an AMD64 4000+. Interesting they didn't notice the memory leak problem that was patched after this review.
So what do you think causes lag, that HM/TC or lack of system memory?
Sure 0-1 fps avg diff but overall smoother gameplay, which avoids the dips doesn't dramatically boost avg performance, just smooth out the troughs.
Also, you specifically mention load times, so WTF dude !?!
