PSU started to make noise

Hello!

I recently started to have a problem with my PSU.
It has been working fine for over a year with absolutely no problems, but only recently I decided to turn my extension cord power adapter (the 1 where my PSU cable goes) off for a night, without turning the PSU itself off and the next morning when I turned on my computer, it started to make a loud noise, something I never heard it do before.

Anyway I turned it off and then on again and everything seemed to be ok - it was quiet again, but the next morning exactly the same thing happened again. When I turned my computer off and then on again, then instead of that loud noise, I started to hear a weird clicking noise, or I really don't know how to describe that sound. I have heard older computers make that noise, when they are turned on.
Anyway that clicking noise (even though quite faint) can last for the whole time my computer is on, but when I lean my computer case from one side to another, it seems to quiet down a bit - is something loose there or why it started to happen?

The PSU itself is Fortron Blue Storm II 500W
