i wish to run two monitors in SLI can i do this off one graphics card? the main purpose is so i can have WAR an up and coming MMORPG on one screen and vent/msn/othertstuff on the other... i want to have this game in very high detail settings so what would it take 1 graphics card a 9800? or 2 sli 8800? must be nvid graphic card=D
the monitors are 19inch and 24 inch!
SLI = 1 monitor, that's your lot and I don't think you are going to find a way around that. However what I have yet to try is two cards in SLI outputting on one monitor and a third card outputting to a second monitor
ok sorry maybe i didnt make my self clear... i would like to have two monitors running off one card and have 1 game on one and info on the other can i do this without two much stress? also on a game like COD4 can i just switch off one monitor so the graphics card just focus on the one monitor? WAR isnt a very demanding game so i assume i can run two monitors one with the game one with info?

With two cards in your system and SLI enabled you can have two monitors displaying your desktop which is 2D but when you run a 3D app that uses SLI only one output is used the other three switch off!
its could happen i have test it on my old PC before with GF5200 with S-V out with my screen and TV and i play NFSUN on my TV screen and when i move the mouse left or Press ALT+Tab i can switch to my desktop will the Game still running on My TV screen
