You should get the retention bracket for the Xigmatek, the stock mounting isn't as good and the retention bracket will make it easier to install and supports the cooler better. Also, the Antec 300 is much cheaper than the Antec 900 allowing you more budget to say a 4870.

Change the number of power supplies in your wishlist from 2 to one and I think you're good to go.
You may want to get the XIGMATEK retention bracket $7 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6835233020 It lets you avoid using the push-pin system of mounting the heat sink and so allows for a tighter and easier installation as long as you already have the motherboard out of the case.
You can save about $17 bucks are so if you stick with the 4850 and by going with one of these brands Gigabyte and Sapphire. Alot of companies are offering lower prices then the one you picked. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814125224
Also, don't get 2 WD6400AAKS for RAID. Just one is very fast, at 92-93MB/sec read/write. Mines a 64MB/sec WD1600AAJS and it's very fast to me. RAID introduces more headaches, but at least you have a P45 which should make it less annoying than on Nvidia chipsets.
Looks good, sounds like you know what you are doing when it comes to picking your parts. Not sure why you picked the 4850 you did. If you want a free remote then ok, otherwise I would go with the cheaper Gigabyte 4850 or the cheaper powercooler.
I think your PSU is fine. you can read a quick review on here (if you haven't already):

I'd agree on all the above posts. The OCZ is a good unit, but for +$10 the Corsair 550w would be a better choice and the Corsair 650w would be an excellent choice and would make it easy to upgrade to a 4870x2 or better in the future. 1 HD WD 640 is plenty imo
Skywalker is right, I picked that specific brand for the graphics card because of the remote I changed the memory to DDR 800 instead of 1000, and changed the Power supply to the recommended Corsair.
I chose the Antec 900 case over the 300 case because after mail in rebate, the difference is only $10.
Thanks for the comments so far guys.

After rebate and shipping, the difference ins only $6 - but it is the Nine Hundred case that is the lower cost - not bad - a case that costs almost twice as much at regular price has the lowest sale price AR and shipping is considered.

I did miss seeing the instant discount and rebate lowering the price. Makes it look a lot more attractive. That would be the better value and it would be enough power even for 2x 4850 in Crossfire. As would the Corsair 550VX.
