I had a 430w Thermaltake power my ancient AMD tbird rig, but the 20 dollar mobo finally gave in.

Here's the psu

I have no intentions of overclocking.
At the moment, my rig is looking like...

GIGABYTE GA-G31M-S2L

Core 2 Duo E8400

G.SKILL 4GB DDR2 800

I'm bringing over my old 80GB SATA drive and CD/DVD burner to the new rig.

I want to toss in an 8800GT in there, but if that's not possible, I'd consider getting a cheaper card. I am not a heavy gamer, but I would still like some playability.

Any other suggestions?

Maybe read up here for a bit and consider replacing the ol' horse with something besides a ThermalTake.

8800GT is a nice card. So is the 4850, look around. If you game and don't plan a major UG, you need a card like that for the next year or so.
