Any Overclocking Guides - specifically a QX9770

Does anybody know of a GUIDE for overclocking CPUs specifically a QX9770?
My system is:
QX9770 Intel Core 2 Xtreme
ASUS Striker II extreme
EVGA GeForce 9800 GX2
Patriot Viper DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) (2x2GB) Dual Channel
AIR Cooled

Any infomration or guide suggestions will help me get started.

For some people you think, why buy a chip if i don't know how to overclock. Others might think, i will buy the chip and then use it to learn how to overclock and have a system to learn on. Then others just make judgements.

SO the question is still, Do you know of a guide for overclocking? Simple question.
