Blue screen error

hi. i had my P4 upgraded to core 2 quad processor. my pc was workin fine till some days but then it started to restart on its own. now whenever it restarts a blue screen appears. i dont know wat to do. i have also put 2gb ram.

about your mother board, ram ,HDD details
(i had my P4 upgraded to core 2 quad processor" ) what does it mean have you upgraded only your processor & ram
what about OS have you reinstalled after up-gradation or using the old one..
