we use a voice recording "server" running WinXP Pro SP2. it connects to the network but does not log onto the domain. we ran a virus scan using AVG Friday and Monday the network machines could not access this machine any longer. it can ping the network machines, but they cannot ping the voice recording machine. i need urgent help as our agents cannot log onto the machine to listen to their calls.
