Help before I go mad!!

Just picked up a Videomate S350 TV Tuner card from your Scan uk.

say it has an "RF/Ariel in" connector (which makes sense, or so you would think).

Now for the life of me I can't see a RF connector on the back of it.

These are the connections on the back of the card
1, Loop through.
2, Satellite TV-in (not RF)
3, IR
4, Ext audio in.
5, Ext audio out.
6, S-Video in.
7, Composite in.

Please can you confirm the use of a standard (RF) ariel connector on this card?
All I want to do is play Tv through my monitor.

Can somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong?.

Do you have satellite tv? Or do you want to hook it up to an indoor tv antenna?

No satellite just standard outside antenna.
