I need the motherboard to have good OC capabilites, run at leat 800 mhz DDR2 Ram, run pci-e 2.0(preferrably x16 sli, doesn't have to be tri sli), have 4 ddr2 ram slots that support at least 8 MB, have a good layout that it will support dual slot cards, onboard sound, support quads, and be as close to $150, or under as possible. Thanks for reading.
In your price range, if you must have SLI, a 750i based from ASUS or EVGA would be your best bet.
As you would be much better off with an Intel Mb and it's CrossFire support (both because Intel chipsets are LOADS better and because ATI's current generation of GPU's are cheap and fast) I think what you really want is an ASUS P5Q-E.

I already have a 9800 GTX, I don't need SLI. Just a good gaming Mobo for no more than 150 is fine with me. Same specs as posted above, no sli. See if we can do that?
Ok, no SLI, good overclocking, good layout and all the rest.
Take a look at the ASUS P5Q-E or most any other P35 or P45 based motherboard from ASUS or Gigabyte.
If you want the best overclock, get one that is middle of the pack or higher.
