How Do I Overclock My Liquid Cooled ASUS P5K-E Core 2 DUO e6850 BIOS?

I am not familiar with manually overclocking my computer but I built it last year to be ready for almost anything. Unfortunatelly I never got around to learing how to overclock it. I just need some help with exactly what I need to do to overclock everything (CPU, RAM, etc) as fast as possible while still running stable. Overheating should not be a problem as I have liquid cooling on the CPU, FSB, HDs, and can add it to video card and RAM if needed. Any overclocking tips or help would be greatly appreciated! Specific settings would be even better! I don't want to kill my system accidently!

WinXP Pro
Asus P5K-E motherboard (downloaded latest BIOS July '09)
Core 2 DUO e6850 3.0GHz CPU
4GB Kingston RAM - KHX8500D2K2/4GR (2x2GB "PC2-8500 CL5" sticks) (just added today)
2x WD Raptor HDs RAID-0 for the OS
4x Seagate 1.5TB storage drives (just added today)
GeForce 8800GTS (I have a 2nd identical card that I haven't installed. Will it benefit me to install it?)
