Hey hey guys and gals!

Was just wondering if anyone had any huge problems with this setup for a very budget system re-build for a friend. They would mainly use it for Office work (large image files, word, finance programs etc.) and various games, predominantly RTS games .

1 CoolerMaster Real 650W Extreme SLI Ready $97.00

1 AMD Athlon™ 64 6000+AM2 Processor Retail Dual Core AM2 $126.00

1 Geil DDR2 4G PC-6400 800Mhz DDR2 Dual Channel(2x2G) GeiL 5-5-5-15 $105.00

1 Maxtor DiamondMax 500G SATA 16M $78.00

1 MSI GF8800GT 512M OC DDR3 2 X Dual Link DVI HDCP HDTV-Out PCI-E $189.00

1 MSI K9N-SLI-F-V2 nForce 570LT SLI HT2000 Dual DDR2-667/800 2x PCI-E x1 $125.00

Total $720.00

Get the 4850 for 170 $ its 30 % faster than the 8800 gt. Ditch the SLI motherboard and get a good p35 / p45 based mobo. The other stuff looks ok

4850 isn't $170 in Aus, the cheapest they have is $209.
