The Foxconn would be much better than the MSI. Not only is their QC better than MSI (almost everyones' is), but they have much better customer support. If you want to OC. go with Gigabyte or Asus instead.
I been hearing alota 780G baord doesn't support the 9850 but thes are new boards i counted the mosfets and the powerphase and they both look good so far. make sure your volts are at 1.250 V for your CPU. 1.260 v in Bios .and I hope your not overclocking. but the MSI have 16 mosfets and 5 powerphase and the fox got 14 mosfets and 5 powerphase and it a mATX. I go with that MSI that one support the 9850 if you look into the CPU support list but that one is just a ATX. anyway good luck to you and your rig.
