hello everyone, i have The TP35D2-A7 MoBo and i was wondering if it could fit a Pentium 4 630, 3Ghz Processor. I am going to get an E8400 and that will work with a BIOS update, but i was wondering if the P4 would work in the meantime... thanks a ton in advance.

Yes, the P4 630 should have no issues working with your TP35D2-A7.

isnt an e8400 and a p4 two different sockets?

Both late model Pentium 4's, Pentium D's, and core 2/Quad are LGA 775. Note though, not all mobo's support Duo/Quads even if the socket is correct (like my old ASUS P5ND2-SLI for instance...)
