Changing write-speed

Hello,
I am trying to do a slower write speed for burning to a CD. I know it's in Tools, Options, etc. but when I open Windows Media Player, the actual media player opens and there are no 'Tools' on the tool bar. How do I open the correct media player window?

It's not fancy with all kinds of converters, but if you have your content ready to burn, it's all you need.
