Philips 190CW8FB vs NEC LCD22wv-bk

I want to get LCD 19" wide.

I found Philips 190CW8FB , it looks very good
http://www.consumer.philips.com/consumer/en/sa/consumer/cc/_language_sa/_productid_190CW8FB_97_SA_CONSUMER

then i found NEC LCD22wv-bk which is 22" wide at very near price
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3422110&CatId=12
but it seem less in quality . does any body know if it's any good?

which is better more size or better quality? :pt1cable:

note : it will be used for games and movies

  1. They both have 1000:1 contrast ratio and 5ms response time, that is kind of the lower end of spectrum as far as LCD's are concerned. I would go with the 22" provided it has a decent warranty.

FYI I would recommed the 22" Samsung 2253BW or the 21.6" Samsung 2253LW, both of them are much better quality and with a 10,000:1 contrast ratio and 2ms response time but are obviously more expensive.

    But the Philips
    3500:1 dynamic contrast ratio
    Display colors 16.7 M
    2 ms (Gray to Gray)
    DVI-D
    3 Year Limited Warranty

    NEC
    1000:1 contrast ratio
    16.2 Million Colors
    No DVI
    1 Year Limited Warranty
